Amanda Fields
Manager, Business Associate
“I believe the best health outcomes are born out of recentering the patient in healthcare, applying empathy, and encouraging innovation.”
Amanda began her career in healthcare as a global health student at Denison University. Through her work with startups and non-profits, she has thrived in business strategy, business development, marketing, and administrative roles. Amanda enjoys managing dynamic teams and supporting meaningful partnerships between executive leaders. She is proud to have supported Denison’s partnership with Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical as a healthcare consultant. Previously, Amanda worked as a professional ballet dancer with The Sarasota Ballet and helped to drive fundraising efforts at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, Amanda joined Edelman’s internship program to work for their Health Practice and learn from the number one PR company in the world.
Faraan Rahim
Research Associate
Faraan is an incoming M.D. Candidate at Harvard Medical School. He is a proud Duke University graduate and serves as a healthcare researcher for the Duke Global Health Institute and DSP Health. His research on health disparities and health system innovation has been published in medical journals such as AIDS, Circulation, and PLOS Global Public Health. An advanced Swahili speaker, Faraan has also participated in global health initiatives in African countries like Ghana and Tanzania. He aspires to be a physician-scientist who leverages evidence-based health services and policy interventions to support marginalized groups across the United States and sub-Saharan Africa.

Noah Simon
Healthcare Associate
Noah Simon has a passion for medicine and entrepreneurship. His work focuses on maintaining patient records and aligning clinical teams to maintain Dr. Palakodeti’s high standard of patient care. As a recent graduate from Ohio State with professional experience working for prestigious institutions like the Cleveland Clinic, Noah is driven by his devotion and commitment to evidence-based care strategies, as he aspires to become a physician dedicated to helping people maintain or regain their health through the integration of exercise and nutrition, enabling them to live their best lives and reach their full potential.
